Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy
For all RC Advisory Services, we don’t accept refund, return or cancellation. Under certain circumstances, the Company cannot deliver services to our customers as agreed, we will offer refund. Subscribed service will be automatically cancelled at the time customers didn’t renew the advisory service manually by credit card or bank transfer.
Recurring Billing
All services subscribed are NOT subject to automatic renewals. There is also no automatic or recurring billing of a credit or debit card. Once agreed service period has been ended, you have to manually renew it by credit card or bank transfer.
Privacy Policy
- All of your account information is kept private and is never disclosed other than for the reasons stated below.
- When a payment is made, your name and address information you have set in your account details is provided to the payment processor and their bank, which you choose to use among the supported payment processors.
- We do not have access to your credit/debit card number since this is processed by outside payment processors.
- Your contact information including email address and telephone number may be used to contact you regarding support that we need to provide you related to your use of our service. Or to inform you about new features or functional changes with the RC Futures Advisory Services.
